This program is conceived and led by our founder, Bhargavi Ramachandran, who brings a unique blend of 20+ years of experience spanning peak-performance coaching, behavioural science study & practice, and finance & business operations. She is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, a certified neuroleadership coach and an NLP master practitioner.
